This platform brings multiple systems together - APIs and a mobile app - around one goal: the perfect customer journey. It starts with the quote and follows the order through every stage of manufacturing until the finished product arrives at the customer's door.
We continue to develop the platform, extending inventory and stock control and automating processes across the business to increase the speed and accuracy of every department.
The challenge
The business needed one system covering every process in the customer journey - from quote to production to installation - with real-time coordination between the office, the factory and teams in the field.
The solution
We built a Planning Process System at the heart of the business, with diary management for scheduling teams, a mobile app (Android and iOS) for installation teams, automated invoicing for the finance department, stock management with scan-and-track, and quality-control tickets attached to each order.
