This platform includes multiple systems, including APIs and Mobile app with various features that needed to facilitate the perfect customer journey. Starting from the quote and moving forward through all the processes of maunfacturing, the customer will end up with the finished product at his door.

Our challenge was to create a bespoke portal and claim management system that can synchronise with Proclaim and all work to be done as seamlessly as possible.

The portal is all about videos and projects that can be created and shared with any footage fanatics. They’re a group of passionate professionals pursuing a common vision to Discover, Digitise & Deliver the world’s greatest film footage.

The Waterfront Project followed a few important steps: first the website was built focusing on the Stay - Eat - Experience points of the customer journey, then the Southport Theatre had to be integrated in the existing website.

We have been collaborating with Ramada Southport for over 4 years. When Bliss Hotels successfully purchased the hotel’s ownership we’ve been involved in assisting with system migrations and rebranding the entire online experience.
